Faculty of Engineering administrators welcome Special Lecturer and Foreign Students |

June 14, 2011—Guest lecturers and foreign exchange students from the Department of Agricultural Engineering, led by Dr. Sandra Schneider, requested an audience with Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somnuk Theerakulpisut and the Associate Dean for Research and Foreign Affairs, Assoc. Prof Dr. Sunantha Kingphaibul. The students introduced themselves and paid their respect. The atmosphere was joyous and informal. Guest lecturers and students who met with the administrators included: | Dr. Sandra Schneider from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany. Dr. Schneider will be lecturing on Applied Hydraulic and Applied Hydrology at the Department of Agricultural Engineering between June and September 2011. The lectures are planned for graduate students. |
| Ms. Elisabeth Conspanze, a graduate student also from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany. Ms. Conspanze will be conducting experiments on water in plants with the Department of Agricultural Engineering between April and September, 2011. |
| Mr. Yong GE, a graduate student from the Kunming University of Science and Technology, China. Mr. GE received a grant under the 2010 Mekong basin staff and student exchange program. He is conducting research on the effect of soil comparation on crop underground at the Department of Agricultural Engineering between June and September 2011. Mr. Nareth Nut, a graduate student from Cambodia who received the 2011 Mekong Basin Foreign Student Grant. Mr. Nut has been studying in the Agriculture and Food program at the Department of Agricultural Engineering since June 2011. |
