On August 7, 2023 – In a collaborative effort between the Division of Research, Innovation, and International Affairs and the Office of Academic Affairs, Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University (ENKKU) organized the much-anticipated “International Student Lunch Meeting”. The event garnered significant attention and participation from international engineering students across all levels, creating an impactful platform for open dialogue and mutual understanding.
The event’s primary objectives included providing a forum for international students to voice their concerns, ask questions, share their unique experiences, and foster a supportive environment. By facilitating this interactive setting, ENKKU aimed to strengthen the sense of community among its diverse student body while addressing the specific needs of international students.
The “International Student Lunch Meeting” took place in Pienvichirt Building, creating an informal and welcoming atmosphere conducive to open conversations. As a result of the event’s success, ENKKU is now considering making the “International Student Lunch Meeting” a recurring event to ensure ongoing engagement and communication between the university’s international student body and its academic leadership.
